One Central Saigon brings international design and Ritz-Carlton branding to Ho Chi Minh City
23/5/2026

Opposite Ben Thanh Market in Ho Chi Minh City, a new twin-tower development is taking shape as one of the city’s largest luxury mixed-use projects, bringing together branded residences, hospitality, offices, retail, and dining within the historic commercial centre.
Masterise Group has officially launched One Central Saigon, a mixed-use project that will introduce both The Ritz-Carlton hotel brand and The Ritz-Carlton Residences to Vietnam.
The development occupies a 2.1-acre site in the Ben Thanh district, with frontages along Pham Ngu Lao, Calmette, Le Thi Hong Gam, and Pho Duc Chinh streets. Two towers will rise above a multi-level retail and commercial podium containing approximately 215,278ft2 of commercial space across seven above-ground levels and six basement floors.

An underground connection to Ben Thanh Metro Station will link the development with Ho Chi Minh City’s growing public transport network.
Global architecture and hospitality brands shape One Central Saigon
One Central Saigon brings together a consultant team spanning architecture, interiors, hospitality, and project management.
US-based Arquitectonica is leading the architectural design, while HBA is overseeing interiors. B+H, part of the Surbana Jurong Group, is serving as executive architect, and Turner Construction is handling project management.
The architectural concept references Song Long Ngậm Ngọc, or Twin Dragons Playing with a Pearl, a Vietnamese cultural motif associated with prosperity and wisdom. The two towers are designed to converge visually around a central point within the skyline.

The project will include the Ritz-Carlton hotel brand’s first property in Vietnam, alongside Ritz-Carlton branded residences, adding another internationally branded development to Vietnam’s expanding luxury real estate sector.
Mixed-use development expands across Ho Chi Minh City’s historic centre
One Central Saigon combines luxury residences, hospitality, Grade A+ offices, retail, dining, and services in a single integrated complex overlooking one of the city’s busiest commercial districts.
The retail podium is planned around luxury retail, curated services, and fine dining, while the office component is intended for international corporate occupiers operating within the city centre.
Masterise Group’s existing portfolio includes branded residential projects linked to Marriott and JW Marriott brands in Vietnam. With One Central Saigon, the developer is expanding its presence into one of Ho Chi Minh City’s most historically significant districts.
